Shodan training will take 6-12 months depending on your commitment; (Satori will allow 2 years to compete this) training times will be flexible and operated in daytime and evening hours. Some learning will be delivered in a workshop environment, practical training and experience will be conducted in our Sound Chamber. Throughout our workshop times meals will be provided and tea/coffee will flow to keep us focused and energised.

- Leading Crystal Spiral
- Participate in 10 Crystal Spirals (these are operated by Satori Sounds, the cost is $35 each and is pay as you go – *this component is not included in cost)
- 10 training sessions guided by qualified Satori Trainers
- Participate in a minimum of three sound sessions playing wind gong
- Four units of competencyto be covered in workshops
Training programs will commence with workshops in July August and September.
Shodan Training cost $2,120
These will commence in July with further intakes in August and September. Physical training cannot commence prior to Introduction/Induction workshop. Workshops will be conducted in the Satori Training Room located in Satori Sound building at Willow Pond Reception Centre, 459 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale.
It is a requirement that you complete no less than 10 crystal spirals. In this process we are able to assess your leadership as well as technical delivery. This is a big learning process as you personally experience the power of crystal sounds. Spirals will be operated by Satori Sound and the cost is not included in Satori Training costing, these are $35 each. Spirals currently operate every second Thursday evening at 6.30pm, further spirals will be accommodated as needed.

At present our training day is Wednesday, we have several levels and each receives a different level of training. Shodan level focuses several areas:
- Safe handling
- Sound colour
- Mallet control
Participation in sound sessions
You will be required to participate in three public Sound and Vibration sessions; these will be guided and monitored by qualified trainers. Here you will have first hand experience putting to practice your training, Shodan requires your participation in delivery of no less than three sound sessions in our sound chamber.
When all requirements of Shodan training are complete you will be awarded Shodan and Black Belt and have entry to Nidan level.
The cost of Shodan training is $2,120. Payment is required by 1st of September in order to process Registration.
